This short workshop offers a practical introduction to counselling skills for anyone interested in personal growth, improving communication, or exploring future study opportunities. You will gain insight into the core principles of counselling and develop greater self-awareness in a supportive and engaging environment
Whether you are considering further study in counselling or simply want to build confidence in supporting others, this workshop provides a welcoming starting point. No previous experience is required, making it ideal for beginners who are curious about counselling and personal development. This course will take place on Saturday 13 June, 9.30am – 12pm.
