Let our professional chef show you the industry secrets to producing professional, classic French style dishes with modern industry techniques that you can master at home for personal and dinner party use.
As part of this course you will the art of dressing a plate for the occasion. The content of this course, will be driven by you the students and the dishes you wish to learn to make. Classes will run on Thursdays, 6pm – 8.30pm
