Guided by the tutor, you’ll learn essential cooking techniques such as sauteing, braising and making quickj sauces, before preparing and presenting your own dishes in a relaxed and supportive environment.
No previous expereience is need – just a love of food and a willingness to try something new. At the end of the session, you’ll enjoy tasting your creations with the group and leave with recipes, tips, and confidence to recreate the dishes at home. Class times: Tuesdays 17:30-20:30
