COURSE
OVERVIEW
Delivered in the workplace by Kirklees College staff, this course is the perfect opportunity to upskill in your career in a flexible way that suits your work schedule. On this course, you will learn how to diagnose and rectify a number of faults on a wide range of vehicle systems.
You will learn how to use scan tools, such as VCIs and oscilloscopes to trace faults, and deepen your understanding of diagnosing faults in hybrid and electric vehicles by learning about high-voltage isolation, battery management and power electronics.

Entry Requirements
You must already hold a relevant Level 3 automotive qualification or Apprenticeship Standard and be a working technician to join this course.

You will be assessed through practical demonstrations, written assigments and tests.
