The transition from secondary school to college can be daunting, but this is an exciting opportunity and we are working hard to ensure you get the best start to college in September and we look forward to meeting you.
We are aware that some of you are holding offers for a place at Kirklees College and have not had the opportunity to speak to any tutors about your course. We have also been approached by some applicants who are wanting to start doing some research and preparation for their new course in September which is fantastic!
If you’d like to take a tour of your centre of study before you arrive, you can watch our centre tours here.
To help you prepare for your new course we have created some handy course fact sheets, which you should have received in the post, but are available to view on this page too. Just scroll down to find your course area’s fact sheet.
If you have any questions about your course or would like to talk to a tutor directly then you can email applications@kirkleescollege.ac.uk and they will be able to forward your questions to a tutor for a response or arrange for them to contact you. We have a list of frequently asked questions for applicants on our website.
More information about enrolling at college after GCSE Results Day will be made available at the start of July.
