This course is a fully online course, despite being fully online candidates will also be given support from a tutor to help and assist with their study programme if and where required. This course is aimed at people who wish to improve their CV in the Customer Service sector with a formal qualification. By achieving this course you will enhance your knowledge of the fundamentals of Customer Service.
