COURSE

OVERVIEW

This course has been designed to meet the requirements of work in the modern-day international fashion and textiles industry. Your learning will be practical and hand-on, whilst also including lessons and independent study centred around knowledge of the industry, and the business elements of it.
You will get the chance to explore your personal interests in textiles to develop your creative practice from previous levels of study. You will receive support from your tutors and peers to develop your practical skills as you undertake your two compulsory modules, Concept and Development, and Creative Project. *This course will run subject to validation.

The full-time course fee for this course is £6,950. Financial support including Advanced Learner Loans are available for this course.
A levels or equivalent related Level 3 qualification, Access to Higher Education qualification and Grade 4 in English and Math. Relevant work experience will also be considered.
You will be assessed internally through assignments set by the college.
The Level 4 HNC is designed as a progression route to the Level 5 HND in Fashion and Textiles.
This course and completion of the HND, or further university study, will prepare you for a range of creative and business roles within the Fashion and Textiles industry.
